Tucson Marriage License Information

Pima County Office of the Clerk

To obtain a marriage license, visit the County Clerk's Office, which is located on the 1st floor of the Pima County Superior Court Building at 110 W. Congress Street in downtown Tucson. The Clerk's Office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Arizona Inn

Lodge on the Desert

Originally a private residence located in central Tucson, the Lodge on the Desert opened in 1936 and remains an Arizona landmark and a Tucson tradition. Renowned for its intimate residential setting and genial hospitality, the Lodge on the Desert has secluded pathways that meander amongst regal palms, native cacti and manicured lawns that wrap in ribbons of seasonal flowers. A recent expansion and renovation increased the charming hacienda-style accommodations to 103 units.

Saguaro National Park

The Saguaro National Park has two districts, separated by the City of Tucson. The Tucson Mountain District or Saguaro West, and the Rincon Mountain District or Saguaro East each provide a lovely backdrop for a ceremony. A special use permit must be filled out and submitted to the park in advance of the actual date requested. While similar in terms of plants and animals, subtle differences make both areas worthy of a visit.

Tanque Verde Ranch

Established in the Rincon Mountains in Tucson's far east side in 1868, the Tanque Verde Ranch is situated on more than 60,000 acres.
